Lisa Berlucchi DSC_0001Lisa Berlucchi
Lead Teacher/Assistant Director

Lisa has a degree in Early Childhood Education from Quincy College. Lisa holds a Preschool Lead Teacher Certificate from the Department of Early Education and Care.

Way back in 1996 she did a student teacher placement at Discovery Schoolhouse, and then we hired her later that year. She taught here for five years, and then left us L to work for the Boston Public Schools for several years. In the meantime, she’s had three children of her own (now 4, 6, and 8). For the past several years she has sat on the Discovery Schoolhouse, Inc. Board of Directors and sent all three of her own children to the school. Since 2011, she has returned to the school as Lead Teacher. Lisa supervises other teachers and assistants and oversees the morning program. We are thrilled to have her back!

Lisa is the mother of three former Discovery Schoolhouse children, and lives with her family and dog, Doc, in Roslindale. Doc the dog comes to school with Lisa most days.
